Dr Michael Egbayelo is a Nationally Accredited Business Development Expert (BDSP),a Certified Business Analyst, Chartered Financial Analyst(CFA), Chartered Financial Planner ( CFP)and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
He is the Strategy Development Advisor at the Windsor University, Washington DC USA.
He established Excellerate Business School, a National Skills Qualification NSQ Training Center in Agbara Business District,Ogun State.

The Business School is one of the Training Service Providers of the State Government for the Ogun State Economic Transformation Project in conjunction with the Ogun State Skills Fund.

Dr Egbayelo has attended trainings and presented studies at the instance of several international organizations including the Africa Leadership Forum (ALF), Friedrich Nauman Foundation,the German Cordaid and the Ford Foundation. Trained as a Journalist at the Times Journalism Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language and Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Resources Management from the Lagos State University Ojo.

He bagged a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from the Dutch Business School, Business School Netherlands,Buren and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (PhD) in Business and Organizational Leadership from the Gideon Robert University Zambia.
Dr Egbayelo also has a Bachelor of Theology Degree B.Th from the Life Theological Seminary,Ikorodu.
He has a Professional Diploma in Educational Management and Leadership from the American Institute of Education and Training.
He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Engineering from the Financial Planning Skills Institute.
