Dr. Mike Egbayelo Ph.D
Meet Our Rector/CEO
Dr Michael Egbayelo is a Nationally Accredited Business Development Expert (BDSP),a Certified Business Analyst, Chartered Financial Analyst(CFA), Chartered Financial Planner ( CFP)and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
He is the Strategy Development Advisor at the Windsor University, Washington DC USA.
He established Excellerate Business School, a National Skills Qualification NSQ Training Center in Agbara Business District,Ogun State.
The Business School is one of the Training Service Providers of the State Government for the Ogun State Economic Transformation Project in conjunction with the Ogun State Skills Fund.
Dr Egbayelo has attended trainings and presented studies at the instance of several international organizations including the Africa Leadership Forum (ALF), Friedrich Nauman Foundation,the German Cordaid and the Ford Foundation.
Our Executive Director
Pastor Mrs. Mercy Egbayelo is an Educationist per Excellence. With over 2 decades experience as a teacher and School administrator. She holds a Diploma in Computer Science from Lagos City Computer College now Lagos City Polytechnic. She holds the Nigerian Certificate in Education(NCE) from The Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education now Lagos University of Education(LASUED) and a Bachelor degree in Primary Education from Lagos State University(LASU).
She also holds a bachelor of Theology(B.Th) in Christian Education from the Life Theological Seminary, Ikorodu. She has taught at numerous schools including Federal Government College Staff School, Nigerian Navy Staff School, Alakija both for her teaching practice. As a staff at Chosen Treasure Nursery and Primary School ojo, Mary Imelda Schools, Akesan. Saint Margaret group of Schools before establishing Padema Schools.
She is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and a Certified Teacher registered by the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria(TRCN).
